Abstract


Dunhuang Studies as a treasure of the library, it is a result of creation of different ethnic groups, Tibetan culture and history dominated in this library. At the present time, the many existing Tibetan literature appeared about the 8th-10th century, these literatures are major researchers of Tibetan social system, politics, economics, religion, astronomy and the calendar, medicine and so on, besides, the study of the historical interaction between Tibetan and other nations in the Tubo Era had been studied, the content discussed has reference value for studying Chinese historical documents.therefore, experts from home and abroad of Dunhuang literature (Fragments of the Documents of Tubo) came pouring in, it not only attracts the interests of experts in the study of Tibetan Studies, but also have made excellent achievements while setting off a renaissance in Tibetan learning.Unfortunately, there has not appeared research about litigation in Tibetan historical literatures, hence, in order to remedy the situation, this paper make in-depth research of theoretical system and grammatical structure in the litigation of Tubo by collecting relevant literatures and theories,. This paper consists of five chapters:ChapterⅠ:An outline on litigation. This chapter introduces the origin of litigation and discovery proceedings in the Dunhuang library books, explained the historical background of society at that time. In addition, it further discussed the difference between the subject, which written by Wangyaoand Chenjian, and the Chinese translation.ChapterⅡ:Rely mainly on Dunhuang literatures, this chapter analyzes the time and place for appearance of these litigation. The research indicates that part of the literature appeared in the 8th century.ChapterⅢ:Discusses the form of litigation. Against the original text, this chapter investigates the form and methodologies of litigation.ChapterⅣ:This chapter described the contents of the litigation. Depth study of the contents of the litigation, the study points concentrated the social system, law and regulations as well as the relationship between the degree of interaction between peoples in the Dunhuang area.ChapterⅤ:This chapter introduced grammar characteristic of the litigation. Mainly analyzes the uniqueness of the function and content words, propositional letter, and the constitution of words.
