Abstract


This text exerts background analysis and comparison method besides the method of combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. It manly studies The Ling Officer’s Biography of Five Dynasties History, The Writing to Court-admonisher Gao, The Comment about Clique and The Inscription in Shuanggang. It probes the situation about "Classics of Ouyang Xiu’s Prose Writings" in spreading and accepting, I hope that I can recognize the factors which influence the spreading and accepting of "Classics of Ouyang Xiu’s Prose Writings" in depth. The value of "Classics of Ouyang Xiu’s Prose Writings" is a parameter in the process of spreading and accepting, it only increases its data, not decreasing. Acceptors’attitudes involve affirmning and criticizing, affirming drives the spreading of "Classics of Ouyang Xiu’s Prose Writings" immediately, criticizing involves censure and correction besides questioning about orginality, to a certain extent, expanding the influence of "Classics of Ouyang Xiu’s Prose Writings". We should pay attention to the power of "authority", such as calligraphy’s seal cuttings, important editor’s anthologies, key reviewer’s comments, famous writer’s imitation, and so on, their fame will help to step up the spreading and accepting of "Classics of Ouyang Xiu’s Prose Writings". Ouyang Xiu’s fame advances the spreading and accepting of classics of prose writings too, worship psychology make some acceptors take in writings’ contents and forms easily, someone comment on writings by moral quality, praising highly, or appreciation of the main, pointing out faults. Some external factors such as politics, economy, tour, and so on, lead to differences of spreading and accepting about Ouyang Xiu’s famous prose writings in different times, the personal experiences of communicators and acceptors raise the particularity of the spreading and accepting about "Classics of Ouyang Xiu’s Prose Writings".
