Abstract

This test is mainly based on existing salinomycin, arsanilic acid residue standards, reverse thrust test animals (mice) had no effect dose (NOAEL), evaluation of the dose salinomycin, whether arsanilic mouse body produce oxidative damage and male reproductive effects, and also studied salinomycin, arsanilic and cadmium effects on chicken embryos can indirectly reflect the maximum residue limits of veterinary drugs (MRLs) of security, so as to livestock production and veterinary drug residues provide the basis for monitoring. One, salinomycin, arsanilic oxidative damage in mice body 40 Kunming mice were randomly divided into four groups: salinomycin group (Sal), arsanilic group (AA), salinomycin A Bulk acid group (Sal AA) and control group (C). Intragastrically irrigation once every two days a week, lasted 60 days. End of the experiment mice were sacrificed mouse liver, kidney, spleen, lungs and heart were weighed and organ coefficient calculated; detection of liver, kidney and plasma superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase ( GSH-Px) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content. The results showed that: the liver, kidneys (right) and spleen organ weight than differences between groups was not significant (p gt; 0.05), but the experimental group of mice liver index showed an increasing trend, Sal, AA, Sal AA livers coefficients were higher than control group 6.80%, 10.53%, 5.04%; experimental lung organ coefficient and the control group was significantly different (p lt; 0.01); Sal AA group heart coefficient and the control group significantly different (p lt; 0.05). Salinomycin significantly reduced liver SOD activity (p lt; 0.05), significantly reduced renal SOD, GSH-Px activity and plasma SOD activity (p lt; 0.01), but the concentration of liver MDA, GSH-Px activity and plasma GSH-Px activity had no significant effect (p gt; 0.05); arsanilic could significantly reduce renal SOD, GSH-PX activity and liver GSH-Px activity (p lt; 0.01), but the liver SOD, plasma SOD and GSH-Px activity and liver, kidney, plasma MDA concentrations had no significant effect (p gt; 0.05); salinomycin and jointly administered arsanilic mouse kidney significantly decreased SOD activity (p lt; 0.05), right plasma MDA and GSH-Px activity kidneys have a very significant effect (p lt; 0.01), the liver and plasma SOD, GSH-Px activity and liver and kidney MDA levels had no significant effect (p gt; 0.05). Second, salinomycin, arsanilic reproductive toxicity in male mice influence 30 Kunming male mice were randomly divided into five groups: salinomycin group (Sal), arsanilic group (AA), salt mold Su arsanilic group (sal AA), negative control (NC) group and positive control group (PC). Intragastrically irrigation once every two days a week, lasted 60 days. End of the experiment mice were sacrificed mouse right testis and epididymis weight; observe sperm deformity; and detect testicular SOD, GSH-Px, LDH activity and MDA concentration. The results showed that: the test group testis, epididymis wet weight compared with the negative control group there was no significant change (p gt; 0.05); refined
