Abstract

Objective: Cha Xinji phenol, nonylphenol combined exposure of Pueraria flavonoids intervention octylphenol, nonylphenol on the reproductive system of male rats. Method: the concept of in vivo experiments Cha Xinji, nonylphenol combined exposure of Pueraria flavonoids intervention impact on the reproductive system of male rats and liver oxidative damage. Collection of rat gonads, serum, and do related testing. Results: 1. Prostate, testicular wet weight: exposure group than the control group (P lt; 0.05), joint exposure group than in the single exposure group (P lt; 0.05) exposed groups lower than the intervention group (P lt; 0.05). Histopathological observation visible the testicular obvious pathological changes. Each exposure group and the control group compared to the sperm count and reduced activity (P lt; 0.05), increased malformation rate (P lt; 0.05); joint exposure group compared to the single exposure group, the number of sperm activity was reduced (P lt; 0.05), increased malformation rate (P lt; 0.05); sperm count of the intervention in the high-dose group, the activity is higher than the exposure group (P lt; 0.05), the malformation rate below the exposure group ( P lt; 0.05). Exposure group T, LH, FSH lower than the control group (P lt; 0.05). LH, FSH indicators, combined exposure to high-dose group was lower than the OP exposed to high-dose group (P lt; 0.05) exposed group than in the intervention group (P lt; 0.05). 4. The testis enzyme activity: acid phosphatase There was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); gamma-glutamyl turn peptidase activity each exposure group was higher (P lt; 0.05); joint exposed to high dose group than in OP the NP single exposure to the high-dose group (P lt; 0.05); combined exposure of the intervention group than in the high dose group (P lt; 0.05). Vimentin expression: exposure group than the control group (P lt; 0.05), joint exposure group than in the single exposure group (P lt; 0.05) the NP exposed groups lower than the NP exposed to the intervention group (P lt; 0.05), a joint exposure group is less than the combined exposure of the intervention group (P lt; 0.05). 6. Liver oxidative damage: superoxide dismutase, lower than the control group exposed groups (P lt; 0.05), a downward trend; combined exposure of the high-dose group than in the OP, NP exposed to high-dose group (P lt ; 0.05). Malondialdehyde each exposure group is higher than that of the control group (P lt; 0.05); the OP exposure intervention in the high-dose group than OP exposure group (P lt; 0.05), an upward trend. Conclusion: 1. Octylphenol, nonylphenol exposure on the reproductive system of male rats and liver can cause some damage, combined exposure of the injuries were aggravated. Pueraria flavonoids octylphenol, nonylphenol can play a certain amount of antagonism.
