Abstract


It has become a serious problem, the illegal management and poaching & capture of the wild animals occasionally occur in Beijing district. At present, the researches on loss evaluation of wild animals are not enough, so it is greatly need to analyze and evaluate it systematically and scientifically both of the practice, technology and measure.Based on the theories of the natural resources accounting, the author illuminates the classification and structure of biodiversity, summarizes the technologies and methods on the biodiversity in the foreign and domestic fields. Though concluding and analyzing related theories and methods, this thesis chooses the market price method and the cost method as the essential means.After defining the basic conception, just as the wounded grade of the wild animals and the loss of the wild animals, considering the guidelines of the United Nations Statistic Department and the United Nations Environment Program, with a view to the related domestic policies and rules, combining the realistic loss cases in Beijing district , the author puts forward loss evaluation formulas on different situations. The parameters in these formulas can be adjusted and updated based on the social economy condition and technique status, thereby applied in a bigger range. There are evaluating cases in the last part of the thesis. Those results have been recognized by some experts.
