Objective: diabetic macular edema in diabetic patients cause vision damage and loss of the main reasons. Currently laser photocoagulation for diabetic macular edema in improving visual acuity and reducing edema aspects significant efficacy has been confirmed. But about its mechanism is not yet fully understood. Numerous studies abroad believed that the main mechanism of retinal laser photocoagulation to improve oxygen supply . This topic aims for laser treatment for diabetic macular edema after retinal vessel diameter changes observed after laser treatment of retinal oxygen probe status changes ; also observed before and after laser treatment of retinal function changes , a comprehensive analysis of laser treatment on retinal function a comprehensive evaluation of its efficacy and clinical us choose the right timing of treatment provide valuable theoretical basis . Method: a vision : all the standard 30 patients included in the study 48 by conventional methods , using international standards far and near vision chart checking patient's best corrected visual acuity and the results recorded . 2 fundus fluorescein angiography (fundus fluorescein angiography, FFA): imaging at least 10 minutes to 5 minutes for the standard contrast , lesions of retinal and macular edema and classified . Based on fundus fluorescein angiography as diabetic retinopathy cases of macular edema , macular edema, according to the extent and scope limitations into macular edema , diffuse macular edema and cystoid macular edema. 3 retinal vessel diameter measurements: meets the standards included in the study by fundus fluorescein angiography as diabetic retinopathy and macular edema mining
