Abstract

People communicate between different languages ??translation as the indispensable means of ideology and culture, has become increasingly prominent in the dissemination of cultural information, and to promote mutual understanding between the different ethnic groups, with an important role in the process of national integration. The objective existence of heterogeneity of the language and culture of all ethnic groups will inevitably barriers to information exchange in the process of exchange and translation activities, including as the ultimate manifestation of the form of the language and cultural heterogeneity of Cultural Vacancy AC entering a dilemma. To actively respond to the problems brought about by the vacancy phenomenon, to promote the smooth progress of the exchange and translation, you must explore effective ways and means of dealing with cultural vacancy in exchange translation process gradually. In the current context of globalization, this is even more urgent and important. The article is divided into five parts: preface by processing linguistic translation problems steering to the transformation of the cultural turn, raised the importance and necessity of cultural perspective to look at and deal with the problem of translation. Also pointed out that the culture of vacancies will inevitably bring to the cross-cultural communication and translation is difficult to solve the problem. The first chapter focuses on the close relationship between language and culture, culture and translation, as well as translation and cultural vacancy. The second chapter briefly describes the Chinese and foreign scholars in recent decades on the the vacancy issues of cultural studies, analysis of the causes of the Culture Gap and described with examples exist in the form of cultural vacancy factor in Chinese and English, summed up the Cultural Vacancy to translate the main problem.
