Abstract


Geographical indications are protected intellectual property legal system is an important content , with identifiable , indicating , relevance , property , non-transferable and other features . \\States on the protection of geographical indications mode basically be divided into three types: one trademark protection mode , the second is specific legislation protected mode ; Third Anti-Unfair Competition Law protected mode. Protection of geographical indications is currently dominated by the \In the \Overall protection system is imperfect , there are many problems . This is mainly through the TRIPS Agreement and other international conventions on the protection of geographical indications of research and analysis , comparing three kinds of geographical indications protected mode pros and cons analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of existing protected mode , combined with China 's national conditions, China should establish a proposed TRIPS Agreement as a guide to trademark law as the core, with the special protection system to complement the unified, open, positive legal protection mode.
