Abstract


At present , China is in a transition period from a planned economy to a market economy , the development of the market economy requires the transformation of government functions . However, the functions of the government turned to where? Has become a new issue facing our country under the conditions of market economy . It necessarily involves the re- positioning of the government and the market , government and social relations . Government functions both as a carrier or move to a market society organization needs to assume the role of intermediary or bridge - a non-profit organization , so as to enable the transformation of government functions to truly implement the social development in a balanced state . Therefore, in the new market economy conditions , explore our transformation of government functions and the development of non-profit organizations have significant and far-reaching significance . This paper attempts to analyze the relationship between the impact on the development of non-profit organizations , and both of our transformation of government functions , in order to prove that the development of non-profit organizations is an important way to achieve the transformation of government functions .
