Abstract


With China’s rapid economic development and social change to rage,triggered a new social conflicts and social problems specific to police the mandatory features of professional police work was always destined to arouse the social part of the public discontent, as people vent their discontent object.In rencent years police in carrying out public duties difficulties and resistance encountered more and more violence in particular has been blockded,and even physical assault was frequently subjected to siege the momentum. Some means of committing the crime elements reckless cruelty, shocking, police law enforcement authority of the loss depleted. I hope that through this for the protection of the Police Law Enforcement, rebuild the law enforcement authority of the police to provide some suggestions to make the successful implementation of police law enforcement, to effectively carry out police duties, so effectively protect the sanctity of the law, social fairness and justice be done. Through the use of public management and psychology theory, through process management, comparative law and case law to explain the maintenance of police enforcement, and reference for the relevant theoretical results.
