Abstract


Relevance Theory by Sperber Wilson (1986/1995) is based on the philosophy of language , cognitive multidisciplinary psychology , communication science , human behavior , and the pragmatic focus of the school transferred to cognition theoretically , cognitive language with the foundation of the school . Focus on the core issue is the natural language of the Communication and Cognition , emphasized the role of human cognition in language use that discourse to understand human cognition assumptions , and assumptions of human cognition is relevant principles , understand things according to the information . \Translation as a frequent human activities associated theory as a pragmatic behavior , an interlingual communicative activities , a close contact with the brain mechanisms of cognition - the reasoning process . Therefore , as a cognitive language to explain the communicative activities with theory , Relevance Theory from the outset, with the explanatory power of translation , because translation is a communicative activity . Understanding of the source language and the translation process , the choice of language code depends correlation ; poetry translation both as a special category in the translation , of course, by the relevance theory to explain .
