Abstract


Tourism development is a comprehensive social and economic activities . In recent years, with the rapid development of the tourism industry , the rise around the boom of tourism development . In many places , however , a lot of problems in the tourism development process , resulting in a lot of loss . In view of this, the paper proposes the point of view of tourism development must conduct a feasibility study and follow the demonstration and evaluation of the project based on the basic principles of modern project management , project feasibility studies and evaluation , the general process of combining the characteristics and the specific circumstances of the tourist development projects using scientific methods , tourism development projects fully comprehensive demonstration and evaluation , to determine the feasibility Tourism Development Project . The two parts of this article is to start from the concept of tourism development feasibility study , analysis of the general process of the development of China's tourism , and expounded the important practical significance to conduct a feasibility study . The papers draw similar study advanced ideas and methods , combined with the current situation of China's tourism development , and build a theoretical basis for tourism development feasibility study to explore the main content of the feasibility study of tourism development , tourism development feasibility studies summarized steps the results of the feasibility study and eleven feasibility study report format and requirements for operability .
