Abstract


Caulophyllum robustum Maxim, is the roots and rhizomes of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim, which belongs to Berberidaceae family .The drug is mild ,tastes bitter and acrid and has a little poisonous. It has wide distribution .It has strong dispelling wind and relieving pain ,activating blood and regulating menstruation effect. It was used for the treatment of rheumatism, obstetrics, gynecology and etc. The article studies on the chemical constituents of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim, in HeiLongJiang.The solution method and chromatography have been used in this experiment,eleven compounds have been isolated from this plant’s 95% EtOH extraction.By using the 1H-NMR,13C-NMR ,DEPT,etc ,we have identified chemical structures of four compounds:Cauloside C （Hederagenin-3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl- （1-2） -α-L-arabinopyranoside ）,Cauloside G （3-0-β-D-glucopyranosy- （1-2） -α-L-arabinopyranosyl-Hederagenin-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- （1-4） -β-D-glucopyranosyl -（1-6）-β-D-glucopyranoside）,Cauloside D （3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl -hederagenin-28-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl- （1-4） -β-D-glucopyranosyl - （1-6） -β-D-glucopyranoside ） and sucrose. These four compounds were isolated form Caulophyllum robustum Maxim, in HeiLongJiang for the frist time ,the chemical structures of the other compounds are identifying.The result of this experiment will clarify chemical constituents of Caulophyllum robustum Maxim. in HeiLongJiang and provide important scientific foundation for further research of Caulophyllum robustum maxim..
