Abstract


The third generation of collective leadership with Jiang Zemin at the core of the party's very concerned about the emphasis on the development of the cause of women , their departure from the status quo of China's social history and women's development process , a comprehensive and systematic exposition of the new era of women and women's work reflects the important thinking of the \. Pointed out that the equality between men and women is a significant development of the third generation of collective leadership of the party of Marx 's views on women as a basic national policy . Coordinated and sustainable development of women 's work and social combine my party raising awareness of women 's development to a new height . Part III: The gender perspective is a new perspective of globalization , the party and the government of the gender perspective into the mainstream of decision-making a solemn commitment to promote women's work in China with advanced international trend of convergence . This initiative is not only important , but also reflects the party always represents the advanced culture , the times of the excellent quality of the maintenance of social justice and coordinated development , promotion of gender equality . Part IV: the new era, the focus of the work of women is to guide the full participation of women of various social undertakings , in seeking the right to participate fully in the interests of equality . The article summarizes the third generation of collective leadership of the party to make full use of the organizational , legislative and policy means to protect women's political participation , the successful experience of the five areas of employment, education, marriage , family, health .
