Abstract


Personality research is long-standing. Ever since mankind began to understand the world and think about their own, personality thoughts and theories come down in some form. In the western countries, personality has drawn attention of various academics, such as sociology, ethics and law from different angles or levels. In this paper, the author plan to have a research of college-student’s cultivation of healthy personality from the ideological and political education and mental health, at the historical background of building a harmonious society.In order to grasp the characteristics of college-student’s personality accurately, the author firstly analyses the characteristics of personality and health-personality from broad sense, then elaborates the importance of cultivating college-student’s health-personality. While adapting to this pluralistic society environment, contemporary college students not only adapt to the economic development, social requirements and time tide in keeping with the times, but also have some negative psychological characteristic and phenomena. College students may have a lot of personality disorder that realize a different way, their actions are not enough on the mental illness, but to a certain extent, hamper the college students formation of healthy personality and may affect the school culture and social habits. Therefore, we must attach importance to the potential risk of personality disorder, and find the personality disorder of college-student timely and accurately. We’ll conduct in-depth analysis of personality disorder and take preventive measures to it, and then, identify remedial measures to avoid dispersal of it.Personality disorder is caused by many factors and this paper focuses on home, school and social environment. Cultivating college-student’s health-personality is a comprehensive project related to families and country. We should cultivate college-student’s health-personality by fostering the healthy psychology of college students, absorbing the essence of Chinese traditional culture, referring to foreign effective model, optimizing the way the social environment and effectively strengthening ideological and political education.
