Abstract


The college apartments are the main place for the on-campus college students’ studying and living. The security of the college apartments is closely related to the security of the students’lives and property. Meanwhile it also related to the teaching order, the living order and the college’s harmony and stability. Therefore, the management of the public security in college dormitories has become a hot issue for the college apartments’managers, staffs, students, and all social sectors. As can be seen in front, there is a great practical and theoretical significance to explore and study on the issue of the management of the public security in college apartments.Based on the connotation and the content of the college student apartments’ management, this paper summarizes the main task, the principle and the aim of public security management, the system and the management pattern of the college apartments’ management as well. Taking Fujian Normal University for instance, this paper not only discusses the actuality of the administration of nonnative personnel, the dangerous goods and emergency but also analyses all kinds of factors which influence public security on the security administration of college student apartments to points out that the scientific management of personnel, property and establishment should be reinforced on the security administration of college student apartments. Thus the path selection for optimizing the security administration of college student apartments is pointed out to guarantee that the college student apartment’s administration can make a good job of security and stability cooperating with colleges.
