The innovation of this paper is to reiterate accurately grasp the idea person level match in vocational guidance and understanding, that the person level match is not entirely match most researchers believe that still, but a dynamic process of adaptation; college career The guidance is a screening from the academic to the vocational qualification screening to capacity screening process; while vocational guidance programs, career and practice of content as well as practical ideas and plans as credit assessment is to improve the effectiveness of its vocational guidance mechanisms to protect. The text is divided into three parts: the first part is the introduction introduces the topic reason, significance, literature review, and put forward their own ideas and methods of research, main content and proposed innovations. The second part of the first chapter of the thesis the main definition introduces vocational guidance, vocational guidance theory development and characteristics of college vocational guidance, the college vocational guidance purposes and principles.
