Objective: To observe of Diclofenac ( diclofenace sodium DCF ) modified IOLs inhibition of rabbit eyes in the early postoperative blood - aqueous barrier (blood-aqueous barriar BAB) to disintegration , reduce anterior chamber inflammation after cataract prevention , and observe whether toxic effects of the anterior segment , evaluation DCF modified IOLs prevent the rabbit eye after cataract effectiveness and feasibility . Methods: 36 healthy eye clean New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups ( n = 9 ) . A control group , B , C , D group treatment group , the right eye surgery . The the surgical microscope downlink transparent crystal phacoemulsification surgery , group A were implanted saline soaked IOLs , B , C , D group were implanted IOL soaked by 0.02 % 0.1 % 0.5% diclofenac sodium . Within two weeks after daily slit lamp observation of the cornea and anterior chamber reaction ; preoperative and postoperative days 1,4,7,14,28 and 8 and 12 weeks IOP ; postoperative 1, 2, 3 , 4,7,14 days in each group were randomly selected four rabbits extract the aqueous humor , radioimmunoassay method for determination of PGE2 concentration of the aqueous humor ; 8 and 12 weeks after the slit lamp and fundus endoscopic posterior capsule opacification grading , parallel slit lamp envelope photography ; postoperative 8,12 Zhou Hangguang mirror and electron microscopy histopathological observation . Using SPSS12.0 for window statistical package analysis of variance and chi-square test statistical analysis . Results : 1 , the postoperative conjunctival and corneal reactions postoperative 5 days in varying degrees in all eye surgery conjunctival hyperemia , 5 to 7 days hyperemia subsided ; mild to moderate corneal edema after surgery , 2 to 3 days recovery transparent , one day after surgery , corneal edema was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Postoperative anterior chamber reaction
