Abstract

After the founding of New China for a long period of time, China's economy is always in a shortage economy, tight economic conditions, \the field of economic thinking long-term dominates. Since the reform and opening up, China has not only in-depth understanding of the circulation, circulation industry's position in the national economy continues to improve. December 11, 2001, China officially became a member of the WTO. After accession to the WTO, China's circulation industry is facing stiffer competition from the world's. At present, more and more economists and government authorities will be raised to the height of the leading industry circulation industry. This paper will be the basis of the existing theories on innovation for China's circulation industry organization.
