As computer networks , distributed systems development and software as a service (SaaS) ideas emerge , using traditional software development model development of office automation (OA) system has a relatively general poor , you can not cross-platform, flexible low , development efficiency low problem . In order to overcome these shortcomings, this paper introduces a service-oriented architecture (SOA), and the corresponding EOS platform to address these challenges. This thesis elaborated office automation system is Primeton EOS platform for development . EOS platform is a combination of SOA and component and other advanced software engineering methods and technology development platform. This paper outlines the office automation (OA) systems , SOA and EOS related concepts and technology for the construction of the OA system requirements analysis, design platform based on SOA and EOS overall architecture of office automation systems , gives a detailed system design and implementation of specific modules for OA system function and implementation are introduced. Paper gives OA OA system uses the EOS platform components to add, delete , modify, and query management , as well as support for J2EE Web Services technology package member , outside of the Web Services Interface provides a standard , enabling the distributed OA member of management . The OA system to achieve a personal office management, human resources management, system management functions, improve office efficiency. Paper concludes in its entirety and prospect of future research directions . From the implementation of office automation system commissioning effect, solve cross- department office operations , eliminating all kinds of information within small and medium manufacturing enterprises isolated phenomenon , the integration of enterprise resources , speed up the flow of information , standardize business processes , improving efficiency , to bring a better economic efficiency .
