Objective: To evaluate multislice spiral CT (4 layers ) in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease imaging technology and clinical effects value. Materials and Methods : 45 patients with clinically confirmed or suspected coronary artery disease were retrospectively ECG-gated multi- slice spiral CT coronary angiography , the patients were divided into three groups: group 1 ( with coronary angiography group, n = 15 cases ) , group 2 ( group 1 CT scan with the same conditions but without coronary angiography , n = 15 patients) , group 3 ( with group 1,2 CT scanning conditions have changed and no coronary angiography , n = 15 cases ) . Scans for all patients reconstructed image volume rendering (VR), multi-planar / surface recombination technology (MPR / MPCR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), shaded surface display technology (SSD) and other restructuring , observe the way coronary artery disease and its display . Results : Group 1,2 (n = 30 patients) heart rate ≤ 60 beats / min (n = 12 patients) and heart rate gt; 60 beats / min (n = 16 cases, more than two cases of severe arrhythmia were ) . In the display of two left main coronary artery (LMA) ( respectively, 12/12 , 13/16 ) , left anterior descending artery (LAD) ( respectively, 12/ 12, 10 /16 ) had no significant difference (X ~ 2 = 2.56 , 5.07, P = 0.556 and 0.171, gt; 0.05; precise X ~ 2 test ) , in the display circumflex artery (LCX) ( respectively, 10/12 , 6/ 16 ) , there are differences (X ~ 2 = 5.92, P = 0.020 lt; 0.05; precise X ~ 2 test ) , showed a right coronary artery (RCA) ( respectively, 10/12 , 3/16 ) the difference was significant (X ~ 2 = 13.20, P = 0.001 lt; 0.05 precise X ~ 2 test ) ; scanning conditions different groups ( groups 2 and 3 ) successful show for all the various coronary LMA, LAD, LCX and RCA was no significant difference (X ~ 2 = 0.469,0.370,1.761, P = 0.894,1.000, and 0.811, gt; 0.05 precise X ~ 2 test ) , but the RCA show a statistical difference between the two groups (X ~ 2 = 6.550, P = 0.042 lt; 0.05, precise X ~ 2 test ) ; heart rate in different groups and different scanning conditions ( groups 1, 2 and group 3 ) successful shows (Ⅱ level and above ) in each coronary artery , heart rate ≤
