Abstract


In 21st century, the economy of knowledge is leading the tendency of the age. In this background, the capital of knowledge is surpassing the real capital, and create value more and fast. In this changing, technical employees who own the new-advanced technology will be the most valuable resources. It is important to optimize the motivation mechanism for technical employee, because it plays a great role in enhancing technical employee’s activity and creativity, raising the science-technology strengths and competitiveness of our AUDA center economy and technology forward.In the paper the article firstly defined the basic concept such as motivation mechanism. The article introduced the wider theory of motivation and analyzed the importance of optimizing the enterprise’s mechanism of scientific and technical-personnel. Through the research on motivation mechanisms of the current status of Human Resource , especially the technical of AUDA Center ,Uniting asks the data statistics that the paper was looked into to technical personnel’s statistics degree of work. The article found and enumerated such problems in the current motivated system. Moreover be aimed at these problems, The twist hempen thread being living to rigorously enforce is follow the example of to give an examination to criticize on the system base, proposing inspiring and inspires the machine-processed pattern of giving priority to stock with the faggot payment.After making a further analysis to the reason for producing these questions, on the base of the analysis of Beijing AUDA Petrochemical Hi-Tech Development Center technical employee, a new motivation model is established and remarks and analyzing are given. To enhance and support the author’s point, I take a company’s practice of profit sharing motivation method.At last some suggestions are proposed about how to optimize and improve run-efficiency of Beijing AUDA Petrochemical Hi-Tech Development Center technical employee motivation mechanism. This dissertation may be in the interest of AUDA center establish and improve the useful reference that excitation mechanism supply.
