Abstract


With the web services increase sharply, it becomes an important problem that how to quickly and accurately find the needed service and how to get the best service from the vast service sets. Recently, various functions of Web Services is emerging. Due to the similar service with the different complexity and expressions, it becomes a increasing challeng that how to find services they need correctly and efficiently from a large number of Web Service.Web services researchers and developers have to cope with. providing users with personalized and customized services to meet service request with different grades and quality. This can only be resolved throug autonegotion.Negotiation is important in the interactive process. Service provider and service requester reach agreement and form formal service contract for each aspect of service, through the service negotionation in order to standardize the process of service delivery. Service negotionation is necessary to service provider and service requester. Requesters can continuously customize their needs according to their preference; service providers can freely assemble their service in order to meet the request of different level and grade. Due to single service provider can not meet complex request, multiple service providers collaborate and coordinate.
