Abstract


From 20th century 70’s, project management as an important branch of management which provides an effective organization form to The implementation of project, which improved during the project execution plan, organize, and control method, received extensive attention and application. Rapid development of IT industry in recent years,software has become the mainstream of the range consumer. Therefore IT enterprise project management has become the focus of attention.Capability maturity model (CMM) is currently popular for IT enterprise project management capability evaluation model. By using the theory of fuzzy mathematics, IT designs a project management evaluation model, main contents include:(1) According to the fuzzy mathematics calculation principle of fuzzy evaluation, design an automatic selection index formation models. This index evaluation model combining the generating unit, fuzzy degree index selection, evaluation model is simple and effective, and the measures;(2) According to the theory of fuzzy mathematics to design a weighted matrix evaluation model of automatic. Using the formation of evaluation indexes, according to the characteristic and actual project enterprise of each index of different weights, and concluded that the calculation results, then after that the calculation results of weighted, thus the enterprise project management capability maturity;(3) is more popular in the enterprise ERP software development choose three IT enterprise management software evaluation and analysis, using the mature design evaluation model, compared to threeAiming at the popular choice of enterprise ERP software development business management software of three IT maturity evaluations and analysis, this design uses the evaluation model, comparison of the three IT enterprise project management and evaluation results of maturity.
