Abstract


Rawls reflective equilibrium concept in their theory , especially the theoretical proof process occupies an extremely important position . Not only is it one of the Rolls prove its principles of justice , is the basis of his contract theory proved . In addition , we can also reflect on the balance of different connotations from Rolls before late theory to understand his theory of transformation . This paper first discusses Rawls reflective equilibrium defined narrowly and broadly reflective equilibrium difference , and based on the analysis of reflective equilibrium universality , that Rawls 's theory of pre-and post different default pre v. Zhu a strong sense of morality , the latter part of their concept of justice as a political point of view . According to different reflective equilibrium in Rawls' theory of intuitionism , further description of the characteristics of Rawls reflective equilibrium . Finally, to reflect a balanced contract theory proved by examining the relationship as well as public proof , specifically discusses the role of reflective equilibrium in Rawls 's theory proved .
