Abstract


This article describes the background of a virtual consulting organizations, and explore a virtual consulting organizations are currently facing management problems in virtual consulting organizations on the basis of the build process, the proposed management measures in a virtual consulting organization run. The article is divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the background and in the actual operation of the management issues facing virtual consulting organizations produce. This chapter is divided into two. Section I analyze the background and development of virtual consulting organizations. First introduced the knowledge of the virtual organization, then the current problems facing the consulting industry in China, the traditional consulting organizations with virtual consulting organizations are analyzed and compared on the consulting industry management concepts and operation of the virtual organization to achieve organizational innovation achieved the need for a competitive advantage. Finally, the main advisory body virtualization works. Section II of the the virtual advisory body should be solved in the actual operation of communication, cultural conflicts and fragile trust relationship management issues. The second chapter is about virtual consulting organizations build process problems that need attention. Briefly describes the operational processes of the life cycle of the virtual consulting organizations, pointed out that the six key elements of the the virtual consulting organizations build process should grasp market opportunities, core competencies, partner, corporate reconstruction, metrics and organizational agility run mode.
