Abstract


The development of information and internet technology has made huge influence on the national economy, business management and individual life. People want more efficacious method and quicker processing speed to manage the enormous information. Enable them to have the competitive ability in the market by providing real-time information to their customers.Taking the business process reengineering of Ox International Corporation as the background, the paper introduced the development of American health care system based on Web which satisfies the requirements of the medical insurance business.American health care system was presented in this paper, as well as the traditional TPA (Third Party Administrator) treating flow. The feasibility and need of American health care system was analyzed here. The general framework of the system, as well as the primary functions of each module was introduced here. This paper studied the key technologies of the American health care system, which includes:(1) Use OCR module to implement the maintenance and transaction of large numbers of data of claims in the system;(2) Implement the transaction of different-standarded EDI files based on DTS;(3) Establish the merge replication for bidirectional synchronization.Relying on the new medical insurance information system (the ACH system: America’s Choice Health Plans , http://www.achonline.com), Ox International Corporation had the obvious superiority and obtains high praise. Now, the ACH system had been being used in USA and running on the safe side, dealing with thousands of American health care claims every day.
