Abstract


This paper studies the forms of organization and business performance of the toy industry . The study of different organizational forms of the toy industry in the Pearl River Delta Enterprise Performance Performance factors and entrepreneurs choose to do an evaluation and analysis of the organizational form of decision-making , and to provide a reference for other companies . In this paper, can be determined on the basis of the principles of the use of the Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system designed to analyze the organizational form of the performance impact mechanism and affect the way made ??a theoretical analysis of the forms of organization and performance relationship . Then the status quo based on the development of the toy industry in the Pearl River Delta , the empirical research methods using questionnaires and interviews determination and comparative analysis of the performance of these enterprises , draw empirical conclusions : decision-making and a great influence on the performance ; owned enterprises of the toy industry , especially family-owned enterprise with a relatively high performance tendentious . Finally elaborated further from reality and theory and analysis of the empirical analysis conclusions , and trial by the conclusions of analysis proposed private toy industry entrepreneurial development of policy recommendations .
