Abstract


After the end of the two junction, Latin America and other developing countries in promoting the industrialization and modernization process has made great achievements, promote the rapid growth of the national economy, but at the same time, the unequal distribution of income, the polarization between the rich and the poor is also the phenomenon intensified, affecting the economic the dash steady hair tendon prominent social contradictions and social development is lagging behind in economic development. To this end, developing countries, how to solve the social problems in the good economic growth, and how to handle the relationship between economic development and social development with nails extremely important. This article attempts by the analysis of the problem of polarization between the rich and the poor in Latin America in the process of economic growth, and to explore ways to achieve social equity, economic growth, and promote the harmonious development of economic and social development, so as to arrive to draw significant conclusions about China's development. This paper is divided into three chapters, the first chapter is an overview of the theory, discusses the economic and social development and the efficiency and fairness of the relationship: the second chapter from an overview of the divide between rich and poor in Latin America, analyzes the social and economic development impact and reason; Chapter conclusion, summarize the discussion of the first few chapters draw on China's development with the revelation of the reference value. Development is the eternal theme of human society. Humanity in the course of social development, is easy to confuse the concept of development and growth, economic growth, economic development and social development even mistakenly understood as a concept. It should be said that this is the concept of three only differ from each other with mutual contact, in theory, have a different connotation and denotation. Economic development includes not only economic growth, but also include the optimization of the industrial structure, improving the quality of life, the maintenance of the ecological environment. Social development as a whole concept, including the various aspects of the social structure and people's lives, science and technology education, social security, social order and improve the content, and the eradication of poverty, equitable distribution of public participation, ecological protection, social stability and sustainable development and other social value as a development target. Economic growth is a necessary condition for economic development, but not a sufficient condition; economic growth first for economic development to create the conditions necessary for the accumulation of the necessary economic and social development achievements, but the fruits of economic growth does not automatically effective transformation of social development outcomes but need the correct use of social adjustment policy; social development, in turn, will give economic growth to create a good environment conducive to the economic cycle and rapid development.
