Abstract


Enterprises as independent economic entities appear then, it accompanied the birth of new businesses and existing businesses decline , demise , it's like the same biological metabolism . In this process , there will always be able to do some companies from small to large, from weak to strong, industry representatives , and eventually become a model for other companies and that these companies are always able to get continuous development momentum, continue to operate , become an elite enterprises. In these elite enterprise development process, most of them in to the community to provide quality products or services at the same time , to create advanced management ideas and management philosophy, but , in these enterprises are emerging out of the influential excellent managers . Elite enterprises will undoubtedly have a strong market competitiveness, but not all competitive companies can continue to do business down. Those hundred years old have their own unique corporate culture spirit , this corporate culture within the enterprise has a powerful influence and vitality , which is generated in the continuous development of enterprises , and to provide for the sustainable development of enterprises fertile soil , in this soil will produce a new scientific management ideas and innovative spirit and excellent managers . For businesses like corporate culture of the human spirit for the people themselves , indomitable spirit can help people to survive in the face of adversity , in good times get better development ; excellent corporate culture can improve the efficiency of the company's internal binding and help businesses has a strong vitality and adaptability. This paper attempts of the corporate culture to enhance the competitiveness and ability to explore a going concern , and trying to find the enterprise managers in learning other excellent management , how to create this unique business , for the business development of corporate culture.
