Abstract


The construct of Civilization Demonstration Village is a new way in integration of urban and rural areas, which aims at promoting construction of new rural areas and bringing benefits for the public. The construction of rural areas abroad has been finished in many countries. And, in China, it is being carried out in many provinces.On the basis of above, the author chooses Guangzhou Bai Yun Area as the case to analyze, using investigation mainly. By this way, the construction of new rural areas will be developed well, furthermore happiness and harmonious will be brought to people. The author divided the whole paper into four parts after briefly introduction of the construct of Civilization Demonstration Village. In chapter one, the author describes the importance, progress and problems in Bai Yun Area’s construction of civilization. In chapter two, the paper focuses on summarizing the success experience in Japan, Korea, America and European Union. And several successful city of the domestic have been shosen to study in the construction experience of the rural. In chapter three, the writer analyses principles and thoughts in the construction of Bai Yun Civilization Demonstration Village, moreover confers measures to the trouble by drawing lessons from abroad. In chapter four, the thesis mainly forecasts the development of civilization demonstration village, analyses the probable problems and gives some suggestions, thereby Bai Yun Civilization Demonstration Village will be rising to a higher level.Absolutely, because of the limitations, the author can not go deep into many investigations, and many problems can’t be analyzed completely, so the measures on solving problems barely stay on theory. However, the paper’s value is supplying revelation on the construction of new rural areas, not only in Bai Yun Area, but in Guangzhou even in China.
