Abstract


The proposed building an innovative country strategy dominated by two global factors, First, the competitive element of the update. With the acceleration of the process of scientific and technological revolution in the world, the international competitive advantage is no longer dependent on resource endowments and labor costs, technological innovation has become a decisive factor in international competition capability of independent innovation becomes the core of winning the competition. Second, is the inspiration of many successful model innovation the boot and boost national development. According to China's national conditions, to achieve innovation and building innovation-oriented country with international influence, we first need to enhance national awareness of innovation. This thesis is elaborated from the following four parts, the first part: According to China's national conditions, based on the historical background to clarify building an innovative country with the United States, Japan and other innovative country compared to gaps and potential advantages. Building an innovative country first and foremost is to improve the capability of independent innovation, the national sense of innovation and enhance the overall innovation capability. Innovation is the soul of a nation, is an inexhaustible motive force of our national prosperity. At the same time, the sense of innovation is also a country's soft power manifestations. Part II: China's building an innovative country must first clear the characteristics of the innovation-oriented country and defined, thereby defining the measure indicators of innovation-oriented country, and through innovative international comparison between countries and the current characteristics of analysis. This chapter by drawing on the Evolution of the United States, China and Japan in building an innovative country and its development trends, innovative national construction experience and typical mode sum up, based on cultivate the national spirit of innovation and learn from, embraces diversity innovation and collaborative innovation, encourage independent innovation. Provides a good reference for the construction of an innovative country mode. Part III: After 30 years of development since the reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements with these innovative country, weak national sense of innovation is still important to China's economic and social development constraints, and affect further enhance our international competitiveness. This chapter summarized the history of our national sense of innovation investigated to analyze, from the three levels of the political, economic, and cultural context, and 30 years since the reform and opening up science, technology, the evolution of the sense of national innovation Road. Part IV: mainly discusses ways to enhance our national sense of innovation and propose appropriate countermeasures.
