Abstract


The small transformer factory in China as part of small and medium enterprises , plays a pivotal role in solving the employment and stimulate consumer demand . In recent years , China's small and medium-sized transformer factory encountered some difficulties in technological innovation , to solve these problems is important to improve their competitiveness . This paper analysis the one hand, the competitive advantage of its technological innovation in small and medium-sized transformer factory status quo ; discuss the formulation and selection of technology innovation strategy , technology innovation risk control on the other hand , the actual situation of small and medium-sized transformer factory technical innovation , from a business perspective , and technological innovation organization mode selection and other related content ; Finally, the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) , the idea of ??technology innovation and strategic choice of small and medium-sized transformer factory . This paper attempts to above, provide a basis for decision making , and promote the improvement of the competitiveness of small and medium - sized transformer factory and comprehensive development of the technological innovation of small and medium-sized transformer factory .
