Abstract


Project management theory originated in the 20th century, the United States in the 1930s during World War II the use of Gantt charts, and now 70 years of development, project management in the theoretical research and application areas are greatly expanded. Project management for the modern enterprise management mode provides a powerful form of organization, and improve business plans to take advantage of a variety of human and resource organization, implementation and control methods, has made an important contribution to the practice of management. At present, the foreign project management has developed quite mature and widely applied to all types of enterprises. Our research in the application of project management at a relatively junior level project management applied research focus areas of project management and software development project management, other industry project management in the field of applied research is not yet complete. Jiangxi Branch of China Life has been dominated by the life insurance market in Jiangxi, but with the increasing of the life insurance market in the main competition in Jiangxi, the increasingly fierce competition in the life insurance market. China Life Jiangxi branch of the company to maintain a sustained and steady development of the business, an invincible position in the competition in the market, should be based on changes in the environment, enterprise resource changes hands, the primary consideration is the management of the company innovation. Jiangxi Branch of China Life Insurance as a non-project-driven enterprise, in the actual process of business development and operations management, has been in gradual application of project management has made certain achievements, but there are still many shortcomings in terms of the specific project application, how to apply project management services in the development of the company's business, prompting the company to enhance the competitiveness, is placed in front of the Jiangxi branch of China Life urgent need to address the problem. The article is based on the status quo and development trend of domestic and foreign enterprise project management, Jiangxi Branch of China Life, designed to promote the overall competitiveness of life insurance companies upgrade to meet the more intense challenges trying to project management. In this paper, the structure is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, brief introduction to project management background, purpose and significance of research content and methods. In the second chapter, the author expounds the basic theory of project management, project management status and problems in enterprise applications in the rise of foreign research and development, in the course of development of the domestic analysis. Chapter 3, China Life, the practical application of project management, for example, introduced a project management plan in China Life, run and results. Chapter Problems and Causes of the Jiangxi branch of China Life project management applications for analysis on the level of project management applications to enhance the significance of the development of the company. Chapter V discusses the suggestions to improve the level of application of the project management of the Jiangxi branch of China Life.
