Abstract

【Objective】carcinoma Vulva is one of the malignant tumor thatendangers women’s health。Among them see much the vulvar squamouscell carcinoma。Account for 80%-90% of the malignant tumor ofvulva. It is being seen in women over 60 years of age more. In thelast few years the incidence of the disease has been taken bad therate contain up-trend. The cause of disease of the carcinoma Vulvais unclear still and incompletely. Now the generally acceptedsimplex virus II type, a form of human milk lump virus, the occurrenceof the big and small afterbirth virus etc. and the Vulvar cancer isprobably relevant. The scholars discover that many gene colon tumorsall have something to do with suppress the cancer gene PTENdepartment. This experiment passes to inquiry in to suppress thecancer gene PTEN expression level in carcinoma Vulvar. For the Vulvarcancer of immunity examine a patient to provide the refrenceaccording to, for further guide the Vulvar cancer of clinictreatment.【Method】 An immunohistochemical method utilizing SP technique wasused to detect PTEN protein expression in 46 cases of vulvarsquamous cell carcinoma (SCCV), 10 cases of normal vulvar tissue,10 cases of increase to living up the skin and 42 cases of vulvain traepithelial neoplasia(VIN). 46 cases of vulva squamous cellcarcinoma draw from the specimen that the second gynecologyhospitalization surgical operations of the hospitals of the jilinUniversity of 1996-2005 years cut off. 10 cases of normal vulvartissue, 10 cases of increase to living up the skin and 42 cases ofvulva in traepithelial neoplasia(VIN) draw from the specimen thatthe same period lives the check. The relationbetween gene of PTEN and the vulvar cancer occurrence still needsthe further research. For example the PTEN express of regulate andwith the relation that other genes express;The PTEN accurate signalthoroughfare and function mechanisms;The PTEN is in the vulvarcancer nascent and accurate mechanism etc. We believe that pass thePTEN further research, will for the objective basis that earlierperiod of vulvar cancer examine a patient, prevent from, cure toprovide the member level.
