Abstract


Enterprises want to compete for survival and development in the fierce international and domestic market, the important foundation for enterprise development and protection is enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises and advanced enterprise culture. Similarly, as the acceleration of global economic integration, the application and development of projects and project management have entered a new era. The concepts and methods of project management have also been a new development, project management of enterprise has become an important research direction in recent years.Project management is a management technique which meets the needs of the project with application of a variety of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques. When culture project carry out the work, there are various issues affecting the implementation of the project results. Therefore, it is a effective way to lead the project management theory into corporate culture project. The use of the theoretical system of project management maturity can actively mobilize the enterprise resource and get clear guidelines and indicators system in some areas such as time management, cost management, quality management and human resources management. It may play a very active role in the construction of corporate culture.The main research line of this paper is enterprise culture project life cycle based on project management theory, which used the theories of corporate culture, project management, project life cycle home and abroad and learned to use the sophisticated methods and tools of project management. Several of methods were used to establish a project management framework and research systems for the construction of enterprise culture, such as the combination of theory and practice method, combination of analysis and logic methods. The results of this research have some specific implementation guidance for the enterprise.
