Abstract


For many years, the relations between Lu Xun and Chinese traditional culture is difficult to discribe clearly.On basis of the classification method of the great tradition and little tradition, this article mainly discusses LuXun’s attitude to different level culture.The so-called great tradition generally refers to in the mainstream culture or society’s upper formation outstanding person culture which in a society the upper formation aristocrat, the gentry, the intellectual represents, but the so-called little tradition refers to the common social populace, specially the countryman or the vulgar people’s life culture. From the childhood life memory of Lu Xun, to the unofficial history various views interest,we can discover the spiritual relation between him and the little traditional.Under the reference of the great traditional and western modern culture, .Lu Xun thinks deeply about the modern significance of the little tradition. In the little tradition, the natural human nature, the intrepid life vigor, the real life shape all become Lu Xun’s thought resources and main body content of the new cultural which he constructed; At the same time, Lu Xun has discarded the little traditional blindness and the vulgarity. Thus, Lu Xun has realized the absorption and surmounting of the little traditional.
