Abstract

A randomized block design, analysis of the quality of tobacco leaf appearance and internal quality, study after topping different remaining number of leaves, leaving the number of branches of a tree with grilled the middle of the upper part of the quality of tobacco. In order to find and can better ensure, and even improve the quality of middle leaves the suitability of leaves remained stay pitchfork technical measures can effectively reduce the upper leaf nicotine content, improve the quality and availability of upper leaves. The results showed that: different leaves remained significant impact on the quality of the cured leaf appearance, leaving the branches of a tree way. 20 leaves remained one and leaves remained 22 left branches of a tree, leaving no branches of a tree on the cured leaf appearance quality significantly, 20 leaves remained left branches of a tree a middle leaves of fine smoke in the upper leaf ratio and average price respectively, compared with 22 leaves remained, leaving the branches of a tree two 22%, 13%, 1.9 yuan / kg; upper leaves 20 leaves remained, leaving the branches of a tree a fine smoke, the proportion of smoke in the upper and average price respectively 24%, 13%, 2.3 yuan / kg. 22 leaves remained superior tobacco leaves without leaving the middle of the branches of a tree, in the upper leaf ratio and average price remained leaf 22, left two branches of a tree respectively, compared to 15.2%, 11%, 1.7 yuan / Kg; stay 22 leaves, without leaving the upper branches of a tree tobacco superior tobacco, the proportion of the middle and upper smoke and the average price increased by 14%, 19%, 2 / kg. The k ... of different treatments on the middle leaves, petroleum ether extract, total sugar, reducing sugar and protein content changes are more significant impact; impact of different treatments on the chemical composition of the upper leaves are more obvious. 20 left lobe and left branches of a tree a left lobe 20, left two branches of a tree to improve the quality of upper leaves while ensuring the quality of the middle leaves. Left lobe 20, left upper branches of a tree to a leaf nicotine content of 3.12%, total nitrogen content of 1.96%, more than 22 leaves remained, leaving the branches of a tree two were reduced by 0.27%, 0.24%, total sugar content of 17.39, than 20 leaves remained without leaving the branches of a tree rose 3.39%; while 20 remained leaf, leave two branches of a tree upper leaf nicotine content, total nitrogen content was reduced by 3.32%, 0.76%, 5.12% increase in total sugar. Different leaves remained left the number of branches of a tree the upper leaves aroma and taste of grilled score has a greater impact, 20 leaves remained without leaving the branches of a tree, 20 leaves remained, leaving the branches of a tree a left leaf 22, without leaving the branches of a tree incense Taste composite score were 46.49,45.43,43.43, were significantly higher than the other combinations, grilled upper leaves can significantly improve the aroma and taste of to improve tobacco smoking quality. On grilled, central, upper leaves of different treatments appearance quality, the content of the main chemical components and aroma and taste of rating score absorption point of view, the leaves remained 20 retained a smoke pitchfork treatment conditions, the coordination of the balance of the chemical composition of the upper leaves improve grilled tobacco of the finest in the rate of first class and the aroma and flavor, but also to ensure the quality of the middle leaves without reducing test the best combination.
