Objective: To investigate ① MSCT Preoperative TNM staging accuracy and value . ② gastric expression of p27 kip1 < / sup> between protein expression , MSCT staging and pathological staging . Methods: From January 2005 October 2006 a total of 40 patients with gastric cancer in the Gansu Provincial People's Hospital , confirmed by endoscopy biopsy , male 28 cases , 12 females , aged 33-72 years old , with an average age of 52.5 years . Including seven cases of gastric cancer , gastric cancer, 15 cases , eight cases of cardia and stomach fundus , gastric antrum and corpus were four cases simultaneously , six cases involved the cardia and gastric body . Eight cases of well-differentiated adenocarcinoma of the pathological type , 32 cases of low differentiated adenocarcinoma , mucinous carcinoma , signet ring cell carcinoma in 2 cases . Enhanced scan by endoscopy biopsy confirmed 40 cases of gastric cancer patients undergoing MSCT three , to describe tumor location, size in the case of double-blind by two radiologists , invade adjacent organs , N1, N2 lymph nodes metastasis and liver turn dirty with peritoneal metastasis , to make installment , pathological staging after elective surgery , while p27 kip1 immunohistochemical staining and detection of the correlation of the three . Results : ① by MSCT TNM staging correctness is 83.5% , Ⅰ, Ⅱ , Ⅲ, Ⅳ stage were 50% , 77.8% , 92.5 % and 100% , respectively . ② MSCT preoperative staging with p27 kip1 expression better consistency between the classification and the Kappa value is 0.769 . ③ p27 kip1 protein in gastric carcinoma and the degree of tumor differentiation , size, lymph node metastasis, metastasis , SCT stage , clinical stage , pathological stage ( P <0.05 ) were related with the patient independent of age, gender (P> 0.05). Conclusion: MSCT multi-phase multi - scan preoperative staging of gastric reliable ; detect p29 kip1 < / sup > protein expression in gastric reaction of gastric cancer clinical biological behavior , associated with the staging of MSCT . Preoperative MSCT staging joint expression of p27 kip1 < / sup > protein detection can further improve the biological behavior of gastric cancer to determine .
