Abstract


Communist Party of China in the 16th Party Congress, building a socialist harmonious society. Harmonious society can not be separated from the rural areas, rural harmony is the premise and foundation for building a harmonious society in China. Sports can not only improve farmers' physical fitness, improve health, reduce disease, prolong life, but also produce a positive role in promoting the harmonious rural. Xuzhou City in Jiangsu northwest, is a national historical and cultural city, Jiangsu Province, focusing on the planning and construction of the four mega-cities and the three major metropolitan core cities. Since the Ninth Five-Year Plan, Xuzhou economy has maintained double-digit growth, the comprehensive economic strength increased substantially. Research of Xuzhou in rural township community sports development, Xuzhou City, the building of a harmonious society, have a huge role in promoting the realization of a well-off life of Xuzhou City, township residents. Xuzhou City Township Community Sports systematic investigation, analysis and research, pointed out that the main problem facing Xuzhou City, township community sports sustainable development: Xuzhou City, rural community residents to participate in physical activities, lack of initiative; Xuzhou City, township sports venues sports equipment behind; unreasonable structure of Xuzhou City, Village and Town Community Sports Instructors; sports population of Xuzhou City, township residents a V-shaped; Xuzhou City, township sports consumer awareness of community residents; the Xuzhou City Township Community National Fitness publicity lack depth ; Xuzhou City the township sports administration department organization, guidance lag. The main factors to identify township Xuzhou City Community Sports sustainable development: economic factors; factors of residents' income; social factors; policy factors. Township community sports reality based on impact factors Xuzhou City, township community sports sustainable development, the paper proposes township community sports of Xuzhou City Sustainable Development Strategies: establish the scientific concept of development, strengthen government functions, improve leadership awareness; reasonable guide the development of the sports industry in rural areas; creation of a good sports environment, due to the ground whenever necessary, to carry out the characteristics of the project; rural school resources to play the role of radiation School Sports; establish market mechanisms to improve the sports effective; active in sports competitions to develop sports population; update their concepts, emancipate the mind; increase investment in mining resources; build management mode, to establish universal health warning mechanism.
