Abstract


With the continuous improvement of information technology , the hospital business needs an endless stream , hospitals need better information systems to meet the needs of the hospital business and management , so the information systems outsourcing increasingly favored by the medical industry . But in the outsourcing process , hospital outsourcing project management capabilities are far behind in the IT outsourcer , resulting management asymmetry of both sides , and finally to the information system implementation of the project not achieve the desired effect . The context of this paper to study the medical industry information management system for outsourcing projects to study the general characteristics of IT outsourcing projects and general management of the process , outsourcing management of hospital information management system for the medical industry by studying the SA-CMM software for Capability Maturity Model the process analysis discusses its problems on the basis of the establishment of a suitable medical industry, hospital information management systems outsourcing management optimization process , divided into project planning , project management and project implementation process ending three stages . Optimize the management process is applied to the actual project , institutionalized process and document management, enhance the level of outsourcing project management of the hospital . And compare hospital information management systems outsourcing management mode , draw the benefits of the new management processes before and after optimization .
