Abstract


Innovation is the source of corporate sustainable development . As one of the important areas of the high-tech industry , the development process of the pharmaceutical biotechnology industry is a innovative process . Analysis of the course of development of the domestic and international pharmaceutical biotechnology industry , we can see the importance of technological innovation in its development . In this thesis, starting with analysis of the domestic and foreign biotechnology enterprise development environment and development characteristics of biotechnology companies in China to strengthen the importance of scientific and technological innovation and feasibility study of biotechnology enterprises technological innovation strategy , combined with the national conditions and the status quo , put forward China's pharmaceutical biotechnology the long-term strategic objectives of the industry should be \become a world-class biotechnology innovation center , the establishment of a sound operational mechanism of technological innovation system of enterprises as the core of the competitive situation to adapt to the international pharmaceutical and modern enterprise law of development , and training a number of market competitiveness and self-development capacity backbone innovative entity , to become the world 's biotechnology industry powerhouse . \The realization of this strategic goal should be to develop , improve and innovate , market segmentation and minimum cost as the main direction in three steps.
