Abstract


Objective: To investigate Houttuynia injection membranous nephropathy in rats and its mechanism . Methods: Filming on rats 24h urinary protein evenly divided into four groups ; model control group , the Houttuynia injection 20ml/kg group , Houttuynia injection 10ml/kg group , dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection The the liquid 0.1mg/Kg group , together with the original normal control group , a total of five groups. Each group of 10 animals . The end of the experimental determination of 24h urinary protein , serum albumin , blood lipids, and for light microscopy and immunohistochemical staining . Results: the Houttuynia injection size dose group, 24 - hour urinary protein compared with the model control group, a significant reduction ( P < 0.05 ) . Light microscope , the Houttuynia large dose group was significantly reduced compared with the model group glomerular inflammatory reaction around , only a small amount of red blood cells in the blood vessels , stereological statistics Houttuynia size of the dose component leaves glomerular compared with the model group were significantly sexual reduced ( P < 0.05 ) , TGF - beta 1 < / sub > immunohistochemical staining results : Houttuynia high-dose group the glomerular and surrounding tissue coloring significantly lighter and significantly reduce the immune response . Conclusion: Houttuynia injection can reduce the 24- hour urinary protein model rats , alleviate the pathological injury model rats .
