Abstract


CT findings of renal cell carcinoma, histologic subtype relationship with the study of renal cell carcinoma (renal cell carcinoma, RCC) originated in tubular or collecting duct epithelial cells, is the most common primary malignant tumor in the urinary tract, total renal malignant 75 to 85% for clinical fifth most common malignancy. Radical nephrectomy is the gold standard for the surgical treatment of kidney cancer. Clear if the treatment of kidney cancer subtypes, and will help to determine the prognosis and treatment decisions and scope, there is great significance to improve the survival time and quality of life. Currently, CT check the positioning of renal cell carcinoma, the qualitative diagnosis as well as the clinical staging many advantages, the differential diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma histological subtypes also done a lot of attempt. In this study, a retrospective analysis of 50 cases of CT image data is complete and kidney cancer cases confirmed by pathology. Spiral CT features of renal cell carcinoma subtypes, to explore the value of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of kidney cancer histopathological subtypes formulation for clinical treatment selection and surgical options provide more accurate information. The results of this study are as follows: 1.50 cases of kidney cancer (clear cell carcinoma in 41 cases, nine cases of granular cell carcinoma) preoperative CT detection rate of 100%, the the qualitative diagnosis rate of 90.0%, CT staging accuracy rate of 78.0%. 2, tumor morphology, size, density, strengthen the way around infringement and distant metastasis CT signs, nothing to do with kidney cancer subtypes, the differences between the two groups was not statistically significant (p> 0.05). 3, enhanced with leather cord tumors significantly enhanced CT value the average rise 50HU, decreased again in the parenchymal phase. CT values ??between the different scanning phase difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Leather cord, clear cell carcinoma CT value is significantly higher than the granular cell carcinoma, the difference between the two was statistically significant (p <0.05), and plain, no obvious parenchymal phase and excretory phase CT value difference statistically significant (p> 0.05). These results suggest that: 1 CT scan and enhanced scan diagnosis of kidney cancer and kidney cancer stage clinical significance. 2, kidney cancer, spiral CT scan and three enhanced scan characteristics may be related to the pathological type. 3, three enhanced scan, clear cell carcinoma tumor intensive physical part has the characteristics of a large density contrast. Identify kidney cancer subtypes, renal cell carcinoma leather cord enhancement pattern of a higher value on the identification of clear cell carcinoma and non-clear cell carcinoma.
