Thermal recovery boiler is the key equipment of the thermal recovery of heavy oil , for the HORIZONTAL DC boiler . At high temperatures , sometimes an accident , serious explosion , so its reliability is imperative . Fault current overall boiler system also less, in order to further improve its safety and reliability of their system fault analysis , determined its failure fuzzy reliability and Fuzzy member important degree , identify cause a malfunction of the main reason for the weak link and system reliability . The first discusses the development and content of the thermal recovery boilers and reliability studies , analysis of the content and significance of the research , study and explore the fuzzy reliability of mechanical systems . Second , through structural analysis of the the thermal recovery boiler system to identify the basic event of system failure . On this basis , the combined system reliability theory , the use of fault tree analysis , fault tree of thermal recovery boiler system . And obtained detailed qualitative analysis according to the system fault tree of the the thermal recovery boiler system and its subsystems , components affecting the reliability of the system 's weak link . Finally, consider the data in the system and subsystem failure fuzzy mathematical theory combined with fuzzy membership function of the fuzzy analysis of thermal recovery boiler system , and to construct fuzzy operator system fault tree analysis , fault tree fuzzy quantitative analysis : fuzzy degrees obtained fuzzy reliability and parts of its failure to provide a theoretical reference for the actual production . Fuzzy reliability analysis for the establishment of a system fault tree and fault tree helps maintenance workers to quickly and accurately define the basic fault of the system , to determine the causes for the failure , thus saving maintenance time and improve efficiency .
