Abstract

In order to investigate muscle activity surface electromyography (sEMG) signal in the process of change and its generation mechanism, a lot of research in human muscle as experimental subjects. However, in the course of the study have a lot of control factors in human experiments can not be completed, resulting in limitations of the study and the results of inaccuracies. In order to solve the above problems, the study attempts to establish an effective animal model to establish a platform for extensive and in-depth study the sEMG signal variation in the muscles during exercise and physiological mechanisms through the toad gastrocnemius sEMG,. The study included two parts: the first experiment, gastrocnemius surface EMG guided the establishment of animal models; 12 Bufo toad, male and female groups, each group of six. Were collected in the right lower extremity of intermittent, incremental tension under the surface EMG, such as isometric contraction of male and female toads lower limbs muscle fiber type group analysis. Second experiment, toad gastrocnemius long campaign process changes in surface EMG characteristics. In this study, Bufo toad 18, were randomly divided into three groups, 80%, 60%, 40% maximal strength exercise group 6 each. Bracket, unreasonable intensity electrical stimulation of the gastrocnemius muscle for isometric exercise, collecting surface EMG of different intensity exercise. Muscle samples collected immediately after exercise to place the parts of the surface of the electrode, the production of frozen sections do glycogen and hematoxylin - eosin staining. Experimental research results show that female and male gastrocnemius muscle type, accounting for about 68% type I fibers. No significant difference between the groups. Be able to lead a normal, stable surface EMG. Intermittent incremental tension isometric contraction, tension increases and MF, MPF, iEMG increases linearly with the relationship. Female was no significant difference between the male group. The second experiment results show that the isometric exercise 45 minutes in 80%, 60%, 40% maximum muscular strength mainly as intermittent, etc., MF, MPF values ??showed a linear downward trend. 80% intensity exercise group iEMG value the nonlinear upward trend. Staining revealed during the same time for exercise, glycogen reduction is related to the exercise intensity into. In a 45-minute process of different intensity exercise, the muscle cell structure did not change significantly. In this study, the results of Experiments 1 and 2 of analysis, type I fibers of the muscle in the process of intermittent incremental load isometric contraction MF MPF and iEMG variation, and muscle tension change was positively correlated with Tension increases. In 80%, 60%, 40% maximum muscle strength, the intermittent long isometric exercise process, MF, MPF was linear downward trend, the left appear spectrum. Consistent with many reported in the literature results. The iEMG was irregular increasing trend, the greater the exercise intensity increased more obvious. Thus, the effective endurance muscle prolonged exercise, the surface EMG signal analysis model.
