Abstract


Enter the 21st century, especially after the events of September 11, terrorism has increasingly become an important factor to endanger world peace and security, the fight against terrorism is also increasingly becoming an important content of the countries in the global work of the police. The size and influence of the Olympic Movement is the world's largest social and cultural movement, the modern Summer Olympic Games is the world's largest international sports event. Olympic Games because of its multi-related activities, participants, involved in many places, uncertainties and global attention, can easily become the target of terrorist attacks, caused by the terrorist attacks. From the 1972 Munich Olympics hostage-taking incident to the Atlanta Olympic Games Olympic Park bombing, the world police gradually sober and deeply aware of the terrorist activities have become the biggest threat facing in today's Olympic Games, the fight against terrorism and prevent terrorist attacks has become to do the most important task of a good Olympic security. Since the early 1990s, the East Turkistan separatists terrorist organizations and representatives of the \incidents of terrorism tend to further international and organized crime means are becoming increasingly diverse and complex, a serious threat to China's social stability. With the 2008 Olympic Games held in Beijing, the date is approaching, the Olympic anti-terrorism work is also facing unprecedented grim situation. Focus on start from the study of the crime of terrorism to counter-terrorism measures on the recent Olympic Games in-depth analysis of the various terrorist crimes factors that may affect the Beijing Olympics, compared to the Criminal Law and Criminology Theory and the struggle against terrorism practice useful suggestions in response to counter-terrorism efforts of the 2008 Olympic Games. The article is divided into four parts: The first part is an overview of terrorism and terrorist crimes, the general definition of terrorism and terrorism-related crime, terrorism, crime characteristics, provide a basis for theoretical support to carry out counter-terrorism efforts in the Olympic; part of the main body of the crime of terrorism that may affect the security of the Beijing Olympic Games, form, means do an overview of the objectives to ensure that the Olympic anti-terrorism measures targeted counter-terrorism efforts for the Olympic host country; third part through the recent Olympic Games the introduction of anti-terrorism work, compare and commentary countries Olympic counter-terrorism measures, from which inspiration, learn to improve our Olympic counter-terrorism measures; Part IV combined the police ongoing Beijing Olympics counter-terrorism work practices on how to do a good job in 2008 Olympics counter-terrorism efforts, propose appropriate recommendations from the working mechanism, prevention mechanisms, emergency response capability in order to facilitate the establishment of the international fight against terrorism mechanism to improve counter-terrorism capabilities of the Beijing Olympic Games to promote the \the successful convening of the 2008 Olympic Games.
