Abstract


Supplier Relationship Management (Supplier Relationship Management, SRM) is dedicated to improving the relationship between companies and suppliers management ideas and technology-based management software solutions. KTL company is in the new economic environment, innovative business. The business development two years ago, in KTL company has achieved great success, the business only in 2008 revenues of nearly 10 million yuan. However, SRM implementation of business is also facing fierce competition from domestic manufacturers, while SRM implementation of business is still in \This article is based on the company's commitment to improve the KTL SRM implementation of the project management level to carry out the purpose of the study. Based on the analysis undertaken by the company KTL SRM implementation project project management features, management status and existing problems, the application of project management theory and methods of project management of the project for a more comprehensive summary and research, while the KTL companies how to apply project management theory to solve management problems for other projects in the recommendations put forward reference.
