Abstract


Strawberry as a fresh fruits of the season, due to its gorgeous appearance and nutrient rich, with receive consumers favor. Nationally, the Ministry of Agriculture granted Jurong, Jiangsu, Weifang Shandong, Zhejiang Fenghua and other places as the "Strawberry Hometown. Especially in recent years, strawberry forcing culture have greatly contributed to the development, off-season strawberry are listed at fresh fruit off-season, competitiveness of products is strong, prices are high, the plant efficiency improved dramatically, these increased the enthusiasm of growers. Jurong Jiangsu, for example, there are more than 4,000 acres of strawberry facilities cultivation area, this alone can be profitable for local farmers near billion.At present,a wide variety of strawberry are plant, representative of the strawberry varieties such as Feng Hong, Ming Bao, Sweet Charlie, Zhang Ji, Tochigi girl, Gui Nu gan and so on.. In recent years, the academy of Agricultural Sciences in Hangzhou introduced new varieties from Japan -HongXia, due to its gorgeous appearance, fruit straight, special flavor, fruit hardness, high yield, disease resistance, etc.,with receive consumers and planting welcome. Jurong is an important seasonal fresh fruit supply base in_South Jiangsu, the municipal government and the council of Agriculture proposed Jurong strawberry "revitalization plan", they promote the cultivation of varieties of HongXia, the variety cultivated area has increased significantly.With the continuous expansion of cultivated area strawberry, the update speed of varieties is faster and faster, In the southern region, it is more and more important for the listing of strawberry in advance and the requirements of seed growing and reproducing technology.Because of the hot and rainy at the late breeding strawberry seedlings, the light victims of strawberry seedlings were highly susceptible to the anthracnose.the seedlings declined in the quality, the seedling recovered slowly or died after planting, the seriously injured strawberry seedlings died at the breeding strawberry seedlings and caused a lack of seed, the listing postponed, the product quality decreased,it was seriously constrained the development of strawberry industry. For the problem of the early seedling poor quality, some scholars think that it can be placed in cold storage,then the following year’s strawberry seedlings were provided by inhibiting cultivation. However, due to the large number of deaths during the storage of strawberry seedlings, it was difficult to guarantee the survival rate, also a lot of energy was waste, so this method is rarely used in production. Some scholars put forward approach through alpine nursery, although it can solve the quality problems of strawberry seedlings, but the region faces is small using this method, it has not been used in the large-scale applications.In the research of the promoting the flower bud differentiation, at 15-20 days before planting, the strawberry seedlings promoted the flower bud differentiation under the low temperature and short day, achieved good results. With the update speed of varieties faster, the physiological characteristics of new varieties have been behind the growing demand befter.The three large scale cultivation varieties with MingBao,FengXiang and Hong Xia in Jiangsu Jurong were the research materials, research the number of breeding strawberry seedlings, growth by different breeding methods and different conditions. Then, we studied phenological period of the strawberry seedlings,monthly production, and quality of strawberry using the 12℃and 15℃conditions processing. The photosynthetic characteristics were researched including the change of photosynthetic pigment, net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and photosynthetic response curve. We studied this in order to find the best breeding method to explor the development of the low temperature on the growth and the influence photosynthesis. The study can provide the basis for growing strawberries.
