Abstract


Anti-Japanese War , the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region , not only is the location of the CPC Central Committee , the experimental field of the new democratic revolution in China , therefore, has an extremely important historical role in the Border Region currency established revolutionary base Monetary History of the Communist Party of China . Border Currency follow the general guidelines formulated by the CPC Central Committee , reflects the Chinese Communist Party 's line , policies , ideas, services for the construction and development of the border area financial support for the Revolutionary War to protect the border area material supply .
